From there, the trail descends along the steep slopes of the Tzviya Stream into the Springs Park, leading to a peaceful walk among the natural springs.

Trail length: 22.5 km
Trail description:Starting from the Kokhav Plateau, the trail descends toward the Tabor Stream, where we’ll stop for a refreshing dip at Ein Shachal. From there, we climb to the Sirin Plateau and the ruins of Hurvat Ulam – remains of villages built upon ancient Jewish settlements.
A brief reunion with the Israel National Trail takes place at Mitzpe Elot, before continuing along the Springs Valley Trail downhill toward the Jordan Valley, ending at Menahamiya.
