Standard Ticket: The credit for realization or transfer is valid until the end of the current operating year (the current season) only.
Premium Ticket: The credit validity for realization or transfer is extended for two full years from the date of cancellation.

Conversion of unused days is calculated based on the actual monetary amount paid for them. In the event of realization in a future journey whose price has changed, the difference must be completed according to the new price list.

3. Time Limit for Refund Requests

A refund request can be submitted up to one year from the actual date of leaving the journey. After this period, no refunds or credits will be issued.

4. Cancellation of the Journey by the Organizer

In the event of cancellation of the journey initiated by the organizer, the participant will receive a full refund (100%) of the amount actually paid, without payment of additional compensation.

5. Cancellation or Postponement Due to Security Situation or Force Majeure

In the event of a security situation or force majeure event that prevents the journey from taking place as planned, the journey will be postponed to an alternative date in coordination with the participants.

In such a case, we offer full flexibility:
The purchased ticket can be converted to any other section or journey of the organization for two years with a Premium Ticket, or until the end of the season with a Standard Ticket.
A participant who chooses to receive a monetary refund instead of postponement or conversion will be entitled to a full refund – minus direct costs already paid to third parties for the production of the journey.
